Congratulations Robert on being a 2024 Big Flat Electric Scholarship winner!

Robert is the son of Sheri WindyBoy.  He will be graduating from Harlem  High School in May of 2024.  His future plan is to attend ANC, Fort Belknap to study engineering and architect.
