Big Flat Electric Cooperative in Malta, MT is seeking a motivated, dependable, self-starter to serve as our Office Assistant/Member Services/Billing Clerk. This is a multi-functional role essential to daily operations in the office. 

Responsibilities include:
Answer phones, member service and education, billing and payment processing, basic accounting support, communications (newsletters, social media), and general office duties.

Qualifications:
High school diploma required, post-secondary degree in business and 2-4 years of job-related experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience in customer service, billing or office support is preferred. Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills required.
