Auto Pay
The automatic payment plan is a convenient way to pay your monthly electric bill. You'll write fewer checks each month, you'll save on postage and your bill will be paid on time. Each month you'll receive a statement indicating the amount that will be withdrawn from your bank account.

Pay by Phone
To pay by phone, simply call Pay by Phone line: 844-968-1965. You may access this system with either your account number (located on the top right corner of your bill statement) or your phone number. If you do not know your account number, call our office for that information. You will be asked to confirm your service address.
Budget Billing
To help members control fluctuating monthly bills, Big Flat Electric offers a budget payment plan. This plan allows you to pay in equal monthly installments, so you know ahead of time how much to budget for your utility bills. Monthly payments are based off of your 12 month montly average. Your Big Flat budget will re-calculate once a year on you original sign up date.
You may request to be put on budget billing at any time if you have a zero balance on your account; in addition, to be on budget billing your bill must be paid on time.
